Choice of solicitor is crucial to ensure that things progress well. Sometimes this is dictated by the lender, but in the majority of cases a selection has to be made. Most lenders have limited panels of solicitors, so it is important to ensure that the solicitor is able to act for the chosen lender.

We offer a bespoke conveyancing referral service, so can quote and refer to a small panel of solicitors who we work with regularly. Having a long-term relationship with these firms can provide significant benefit, particularly for non-standard transactions or where issues arise.

If you are making an offer on a property, we can supply a quote and provide details to the agents for a solicitor on the panel for the proposed mortgage lender. The solicitors we work with offer good value and a high quality of service. Having this side in place at the outset is a definite plus in securing a property.

For a remortgage, again we can quote and provide details at the outset to ensure the solicitor is able to act and matters can move forward without any undue delay.
