We offer a bespoke conveyancing referral service, so can quote and refer to a small panel of solicitors who we work with regularly. Having a long-term relationship with these firms can provide significant benefit, particularly for non-standard transactions or where issues arise.

If you are making an offer on a property, we can supply a quote and provide details to the agents for a solicitor on the panel for the proposed mortgage lender. The solicitors we work with offer good value and a high quality of service. Having this side in place at the outset is a definite plus in securing a property.

For a remortgage, again we can quote and provide details at the outset to ensure the solicitor is able to act and matters can move forward without any undue delay.
