The Service
Using the information and documents already obtained by our underwriting teams, Manor Conveyancing effectively packages the legal process for our panel solicitors, ensuring your case is able to reach a speedy conclusion without unnecessary duplication.
Our legal manager James Grayson runs a small panel of solicitors, which will aid in the legal process.
You can contact him using the following:
Email: Jamesgrayson@manormortgages.com
How it works?
Manor Conveyancing will be instructed the day the mortgage application is received by Manor Mortgages Direct, so when the case is ready for offer the initial stages of the legal process are already complete.
Just let your underwriter know that you would like to use Manor Conveyancing, and we will do the rest.
